China and Qazaqstan in the Context of Global Digital Transformation: Search for Common Approaches

Digital transformation is a comprehensive transformation of socio-economic structures at the present stage of human development, characterized by the introduction of advanced technologies and innovations, the integration of the Internet with the real sector of the economy. Digitalization of economic processes occupies a key place among the world's countries, contributing to increased productivity and technological breakthroughs. The Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) is aimed at expanding the interconnections between countries and regions, opening new opportunities for comprehensive practical cooperation in various areas of activity. China is actively promoting the alignment of the national digital economy development plan with the digitalization strategies of partner countries participating in the BRI within the framework of the Digital Silk Roadю In this article, China and Qazaqstan are chosen as objects of study because these countries share not only a common state border, but also a vision and principles of enhanced regional economic integration. They adhere to practical approaches to comprehensive aspects of cooperation. The article discusses the national approaches of China and Qazaqstan in the field of digital economy and digital society. Practical measures have also been developed to improve the Digital Silk Road and strengthen the strategic partnership between China and Qazaqstan in the context of digital transformation.
